We started CNY Structural Professionals because camp and cabin owners across CNY and the Adirondacks kept running into the same problem: getting a dependable foundation contractor to a remote lake property was nearly impossible.
Poured concrete is slow, weather-dependent, and often impossible to get to the kinds of lots our customers love — wooded, sloped, wet, and water-access-only. Helical and driven piles solve all of it: fast, year-round, minimal disturbance, and ready to load the same day.
We're based in Deerfield, NY and serve the whole region, from Syracuse to the High Peaks. We show up when we say we will, communicate clearly, and treat your land and lake like they're our own.
