Camp Stabilization & Leveling
We lift, level, and permanently support older camps and cabins — in place, without tearing them down.
Camp Stabilization & Leveling
Older Adirondack camps were often built on block piers, posts, or shallow footings that rot, settle, and heave with the frost. We stabilize and level these structures using helical piles driven to solid bearing, then lift the camp back to level and support it permanently — usually without moving or demolishing the building.
How we level a camp
We install helical piles to engineered depth at the perimeter and under key support points, then use them to lift and re-level the structure. The camp ends up supported on solid, frost-proof piles instead of rotting blocks or posts.
Signs your camp needs stabilization
Sloping or bouncy floors, sticking doors and windows, gaps between walls and floors, cracked or rotting piers, and a structure that shifts with the seasons. If you see these, the foundation is telling you it needs help.
Respect for your camp
We work carefully around your property, trees, and shoreline. Most leveling projects are done with minimal excavation and disturbance — your camp stays put while we put solid ground under it.
